1. What time did you get up this morning? Thanks to my thoughtful husband and a late night last night, 9:15! But usually 7:45ish (EDT)

2. What do you usually have for breakfast? A bowl of cold cereal that I share with Sydney...our favorite as of late is Frosted Mini Wheats....though for awhile it was Cream of Wheat.

3. What is your favorite CD at the moment? Because we don't have a car or a stereo, the only music I listen to is on our Ipod when I get the chance to go to a dr's appointment by myself...then it's just a playlist Jacob put together for me of a lot of fun favorites...everything from Michael Buble to the Beatles.

4. What kind of car do you drive? No car for the last 2 1/2 years. Hopefully we'll be buying one this summer...and it will probably end up being a minivan because I don't know what else we can fit 2 car seats and a booster seat in. We'll see.

5. Favorite sandwich? There are some great delis around here that make great sandwiches...it's pretty hard to pick a favorite.

6. Favorite item of clothing? Comfy black yoga pants

7. If you could go anywhere in the world for a vacation, where would you go? Hawaii or the Bahamas. I'm craving an ocean view, warm sandy beaches...and of course a body that would look great in a swimsuit on said beach!

8. What color is your bathroom? I wish it was decorated. Right now it's a hodge podge of several colors of towels and a random fish mosaic from China that the man who married Jake and I (Hartman Rector Jr.) gave us for a wedding gift.

9. Where would you retire? I would love to say Maui...from all I've heard about it but I've never been there. I'd definitely choose some place with a beach.

10. Most memorable birthday? I've had a few...a couple as a kid that stand out, my 21st...which my friends did a really good job of making fun, and my 30th...Jacob took me to dinner and surprised me with a ring AND red velvet cake from Cake Man Raven and my mom came to town to spend the weekend with us and took me to Red Lobster for coconut shrimp.

11. Favorite sport to watch? Football

12. Are you a morning person or a night person? Definitely night...though I've had to adapt with kids.

13. What is your shoe size? 9

14. Pets? no...much to my children's chagrin

15. What did you want to be when you were little? Several things...a nurse, a librarian, a cashier, professional singer, a hair stylist, & a mom

16. What are you today? A wife, a friend, a hair stylist, a part-time bookkeeper, and a very pregnant mom

17. What is your favorite candy? Cadbury Mini Eggs

18. Your favorite flower? Gerbera daisies, tulips & roses

19. What is a day on the calendar you are looking forward to? March 27...baby induction day!!!

20. What are you listening to right now? Jackson asking question after question after question about everything on the computer...from each button to every light

21. What is the last thing you ate? Fresh whipping cream, raspberries, blueberries & strawberries.

22. Do you wish on stars? Occasionally

24. Who was the last person you spoke with on the phone? My mom...I called to tell her about the surprise shower my friends had for me today

25. Hair Color? Brown

26. Name of your favorite school teacher? Mr. Klokkengae...high school math. Seriously weird, but looking back I think I learned the most from him and he truly cared whether we were learning or not

27. Chocolate or vanilla? CHOCOLATE...though I've recently discovered it sometimes gives me canker sores, so sometimes I settle for vanilla. Magnolia bakery makes a MEAN vanilla vanilla cupcake that I crave.

28. When was the last time you cried? Probably a couple days ago...I've been so emotional with this pregnancy. Everything makes me cry...my sweet husband, my kids (for good and bad reasons) and my messy house.

29. What is under your bed? nothing, there are boards in the way or else there would be a lot of things.

30. What did you do last night? Not much...posted some stuff on my blog, comforted my sick boy, and finally saw the season finale of Project Runway

31. Favorite smell? the air coming from a dryer exhaust...so basically dryer sheets or freshly washed laundry

32. What are you afraid of? house centipedes, foot steps behind me on a dark street, people breaking into my house and threatening my family

33. How many towns have you lived in? around 5

34. Do you make friends easily? It depends on the situation. Sometimes I can be timid, sometimes I can be outgoing. I think if I'm trying to "break in" to a group of friends I have a hard time.
